Covers
During my tenure as Art Director of the magazine, I art directed 100+ covers. I met with editors to discuss ideas and concepts (usually a year's worth at a time), presented ideas originating with illustrators themselves (like the two shown here by artists Mark Corcoran (left) and Rocky Fuller (right)), and worked from sketch to revision to finished artwork with each artist completing a cover. This also involved an accompanying activity appearing on the back cover.
